Basketball is hardly getting a yawn this month as the NFL moves into the playoffs. Shaq is hurt, the Kings can't get it over .500 and there's hardly a game on my new NBA cable tier that I really want to watch.<br /><br />Don't fret . There's still some hope for the running game following the creation of the <a href = "http://www.nba.com/dleague/">NBA's new Development-League</a>, a minor league of basketball where up-and-coming ballers bring their triple-A game to a new format, similar to the farming system used in baseball. I've gone to a few games in Anaheim, home to the Clippers affiliate, and it's a rousing experience. <br /><br />Heck, I might even have to switch over if my teams keep losing.
